What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone, organisation, message and any document you attach.
- Ask a question: your email, an optional display name, your question and whether we may publish it.
- Bookings: Cal.com collects your name, email and the answers you give when booking, and sends us a copy.
- Visits: anonymous statistics about which pages are read, so we know what is useful.
How we use it
Only to answer you, to provide the service you ask for, and to improve the website. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Published questions
We publish a question only if you agree. Before publishing we remove your name and anything else that could identify you. Your email and phone number are never shown.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and attached documents: [24 months] after our last contact, then deleted. Published questions: for as long as the answer is on the website. Booking records: as long as Cal.com keeps them under its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to consult@rutobsl.org.
